EHL Team Looks to Extend Streak to 2

NEWINGTON, CT -- The East Coast Wizards hit the bus and head south to Newington, CT for their 2nd game of the 2020-21 season in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL). The Wizards kicked off the season with a 4-3 shootout victory over the Seacoast Spartans this past Saturday night, the first win for Kory Falite as the new Head Coach and General Manager of the team.

"It was definitely a nice start, and good to get that monkey off the back early on," said EHL head coach and general manager Kory Falite. "Now we have to build off of that. As we all know, every team brings a different challenge in this league."

As for today's challenge, the Connecticut Chiefs enter the matchup with a record of 1-1-0, having knocked off the Connecticut RoughRiders and lost to the New England Wolves. This past season the Wizards owned a perfect 3-0-0 record against the Chiefs, winning by scores of 6-5, 7-1, and 8-2.
