Wizards Forward Set to Join Club Team this Fall

BEDFORD, MA -- The East Coast Wizards are pleased to announce that Jagr Larson has committed to join the club team at Arizona State University this Fall. In his 1st season with the Wizards, Larson tallied 12 points in 49 total games.

"Larson was one of our key face-off guys this season," said Wizards head coach Freddy Meyer. "He definitely got better as the year went on, and Kory and I are very proud of his decision to attend ASU. This seems like the perfect fit for Jagr."

The native of California joined the Wizards after playing for Shattuck St. Mary's in Minnesota. Larson knows his decision to join the Wizards after prep school, helped him become a better hockey player and ultimately led to the next step in his journey.

"The coaching staff knew what was best for me, really helped me improve in all areas of my game, and taught me that every guy has a role on a team. The more you stick to your job, the more success you will reach as a team," said Larson.

With the season now over, be sure the follow the Wizards on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for all your off-season updates.
