Wizards Alum Takes Home League Honors

BOSTON, MA -- After spending three seasons with the Wizards in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL), Glenn Wiswell made his commitment to Castleton University last March.

The native of Maine had racked up over 100 points in his 3 seasons with the Wizards, and was now ready for college hockey. Wiswell was 1 of 5 players from the EHL this past season that made their commitments to join the Spartans. Since his arrival on the Castleton campus, Wiswell has jumped right into the team's lineup. The '96 forward has been in 12 games so far this season and already has 7 points to his name.

Wiswell tallied 3 of those points this past week, on his way to being named the New England Hockey Conference's (NEHC) Rookie of the Week on Monday. The Spartans are back in action again this weekend when they host Hobart on Friday and Skidmore on Saturday.
