EHL Team Looks for Two Points in New Hampshire

BEDFORD -- The Wizards will get right back to work this week after the showcase, with a matchup today against the New Hampshire Avalanche at 12:00pm. The Wizards currently find themselves in 3rd place in the Boston Division with a record of 22-14-1, and trail the 2nd place Walpole Express by just eight points. The Avalanche are the hottest team in the EHL right now, coming into today’s game as winners of seven straight contests. The New England Division opponent clinched their division this past weekend and have a record of 31-6-1.

"This is going to be a great test for our group," said Wizards head coach and General Manager Freddy Meyer. "A lot has obviously changed since they beat us in our season opener back in September. We've gotten better, but so have they."

Today’s game marks the second of four meetings between the two teams, with the Avalanche winning the first matchup by the score of 5-0. A lot has changed since then between the two teams, as Devin Panzeca will look to increase his point streak to double digits this afternoon.
